Mu Daiko is back and better than ever! Building on the momentum from their recent record-setting concert and statewide tour, the upper Midwest’s foremost Japanese style drumming ensemble takes The Cowles Center stage for their debut performance at Minneapolis’ newest center for dance. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Iris Shiraishi, the program will feature Mu Daiko’s signature rhythms and high flying movement as well as a medley of works composed by Mu Daiko founder Rick Shiomi.
Recommended for ages 6+.

Donate $20 or more when you purchase a ticket and become a playmaker. Ticket sales only cover a third of actual production costs. Playmakers help make strong performances possible by helping to cover the real cost of a play.
