CREATIVE TEAMS

Broadcasting LIVE on Facebook last night, Artistic Director Lily Tung Crystal drew from jars to randomly group these artists together. Playwrights then received their randomized writing prompts and were sent off to write through the night.

Scripts were handed in at 11am this morning, and the baton was passed along. Directors had just five hours to rehearse their freshly written plays for the Zoom stage.

Fast forward to right now as you settle in for the night and watch six brand new 10-minute plays created for the virtual environment. Ready or not, these plays are presented LIVE. This is as in-the-moment and you-had-to-be-there as theater gets!

Hover over each artists’ headshot to read their short bios.
